How to make home made Mace || Indian Fitness Club

Indian club Mace (गदा) is the traditional Indian fitness equipment .
It plays a very important role in developing the Muscles of back trapezoid biceps triceps and shoulders .

A Pole: ( standard size : 4 feel 6 inches )



A Container ( can be clay pot or pitcher)
I used plastic jar.

For strength : hammer and Wedge

Wedge inserted in pole for more strongness of mace :

wait for 3 days for drying this.

After this make sure it became wet for 10 days at lest . 
it makes mace more stronger
