  • Steroids are fat-soluble organic compounds that are naturally present and produced in the human body. These are responsible for a wide range of physiological development such as reproductive growth, tissue regeneration, and caloric synthesis in the human body. 
  • Supplements, also known as dietary supplement, food supplement, nutritional supplements, are pills or powders that are developed in order to provide nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, that a person may be missing during their daily diet.
  • Steroids are harmful and affects the Body and it's functions That is why athletes are banned to take steroid
  • Food- SUPPLEMENTS are vitamin and mineral based and are good for health. 

  • Steroids may ensure quick cure for certain emergencies and are most harmful for long tern use. Should be prescribed by an expert/super specialist only. 
  • whereas food supplements are 100% safe and helpful for good metabolism and overall immunity/resistance power against disease
