How To Do Hindu Push Ups:

Hindu push Ups are generally accepted as being one of the more beneficial and comprehensive exercises you can do.
Not only do they engage your chest, shoulders, arms and core, they require you to be aware of your body position at all times and help with your mind to body connection — great for functional strength and athletes.


Step 1. Start how you start a regular push up, but with your feet wider than your shoulders.



Step 2. Move your hands back towards your feet, so that your butt is up in the air.



Step 3. Arms and legs should be straight, and you should be looking through your legs. From a distance, you will look like an upside down "V".



Step 4. Bend your elbows so your body comes forward, and your hips go down towards the ground.





Step 5. Before your head goes all the way down, bend your spine so you are looking up at the sky.



Step 6. Straighten your arms and .. . ..




Step 7. Breathe out as you look up.




Step 8. With your arms still straight, return to the original position.



 Step 9. Do multiples of these to get a good workout.
